Track Description
The rapid growth of immersive technologies, including Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR), has transformed the ways individuals and organizations interact, learn, work, and engage. Immersive technologies, many of which use AI to enhance their functionality and user experience, provide sensory-rich encounters that allow users to experience embodiment of a virtual body or surrounding. They make us reimagine the ways users interact with information systems by creating dynamic, experiential environments that transcend conventional digital interfaces. Immersive technologies are increasingly applied across sectors such as education, healthcare, business, entertainment, and remote collaboration, enhancing experiential engagement and allowing new forms of virtual and augmented interaction.
