Track Description
Wave after wave of novel digital technologies have enabled new products, processes, and modes of organizing. Digital technologies rooted in mobile and distributed computing, social media, digital platforms, data analytics, generative artificial intelligence, blockchains, Internet of Things, cloud computing, extended reality, and robotics are reshaping and disrupting established ways of organizing and doing business. As they permeate professional and personal life, there is a growing need for clear digital strategies to harness these opportunities for transformation while improving human, societal, and environmental conditions.
