Abstract
Emerging market FinTech platforms operate under a structural tension between rapid digital adoption and strict regulatory compliance. Using industry statistics, anonymized platform-level lifecycle data, and a compact monthly regression model from a leading Indonesian fund distribution platform, this study examines how regulatory friction influences capital activation and growth stability. Three indicators - Trust Activation Ratio (TAR), Relative Growth Deviation Indicator (RGDI), and net-flow variance - are constructed to analyze compliance completion, trust formation, and asset deployment. The regression further shows that registered users, KYC success rate, and monthly lifecycle trend are positively associated with capital-active acquisition. Findings suggest that capital activation occurs after regulatory approval through a trust-building process, while sustainable growth is reflected in both acquisition efficiency and volatility compression.
