Abstract

Based on Resource-Based View theory and the Information Systems Continuance Theory, and guided by the framework of “technology capability-technology acceptance-performance perception,” this study collected questionnaire data from 500 project managers. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to validate the’ mechanism through which AIGC technology capability influences project management performance perception. The research findings reveal that: (1) AIGC technology capability has a significant positive impact on project management performance perception; (2) AIGC technology acceptance plays a mediating role between AIGC technology capability and project management performance perception; (3) Expected performance exerts a positive moderating effect on the relationship between AIGC technology acceptance and project management performance perception; and (4) Expected performance also exhibits a moderating effect between AIGC technology capability and project management performance perception.
