Abstract
Against the rapid development of the digital economy, manufacturing urgently needs digital transformation to improve quality and efficiency. Based on a longitudinal case study of Kunchuan Machinery, this paper explores how data drives discrete manufacturing transformation and empowers new quality productive forces. It reveals data shows three-stage dynamic evolution, reshaping labor factors, reforming production modes and significantly lifting TFP. The study refines the micro generation logic of new quality productive forces and proposes targeted strategies for enterprises’ digital development.
