Abstract
As a new driving force and lever for economic development, new e-commerce effectively promotes the transformation and upgrading of rural industries and economic development through policy-driven initiatives, technological innovations, and business model transformations. Based on the explanation of the connotation and development of new e-commerce, this article constructs a motivation model for empowering rural industrial revitalization using the TOE (Technology, Organization, and Environment) framework. It specifically analyzes the pathways through which new e-commerce promotes the intelligentization of rural industrial production, the efficiency of market circulation, and the upgrading and optimization of supply chains across the three dimensions of technology, organization, and environment.
