Abstract

As group services in OHCs are becoming more popular, the role of the leader physician is becoming increasingly important. This study aims to explore the mechanisms by which the leader physician affects the performance of online medical teams. This research employs a two-way fixed effects model to study the impact of the leader physician’s abilities on performance and examines the moderating effects of the cooperation mode of a team and the leader’s involvement in the online medical team.
