Abstract
The development of live streaming technology has brought a new consultation model to online healthcare: mobile health live streaming (MHLS). User participation may influence their psychological perception and have a substantial impact on their continued use intention of MHLS. To investigate users’ continued use intention of MHLS, we focus on the Information Systems Continuance Model and user engagement experience. In this paper, we propose an empirical research model for the intention to continue using MHLS in the context of psychological distance. To test the relevant relationships, we will use questionnaire surveys and structural equation modeling for data analysis. The proposed framework can provide valuable insights for MHLS platforms to focus on user engagement and optimize live streaming strategies. This study aims to contribute to the understanding of user behavior in the context of MHLS and provide practical implications for the industry.
