Abstract
This research paper explored whether implementing and utilising AI that has ethical considerations would significantly impact the performance of a banking business entity. The study found that the implemented and utilised Natural Language Processing (NLP) in a banking Contact Centre had some ethical considerations and also influenced the business performance positively. The outcome also demonstrated that a Balanced NLP, where ethics, opportunity, and opportunity cost intersect, is possible and a Balanced NLP framework emerged.
