Abstract
For being a relatively recent topic, still under regulation by the Brazilian Payment System (SPB) by the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) and with few deployed solutions, there are few scientific materials directed to the current situation of Mobile Payment in the country. This exploratory research aimed to identify what are the trends of use on scale of the Mobile Payment in Brazil from the point of view of experts and professionals with experience in the subject. The theoretical framework was based on scientific material related to the topic, as well as market research and data from agencies such as the Central Bank (BACEN), Brazilian Federation of Banks (FEBRABAN) and the National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL). The methodological part follows the principles of the Delphi method, in which are presented the research model, the sample, the collection instrument and analysis. The research results allowed observe relationships among social, technological and governmental aspects with a future trend of Mobile Payment massification in Brazil, besides analyzing aspects that can positively or negatively influence its use on a larger scale in the coming years.
