Abstract
The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in recruitment and selection processes redefines organizational practices, providing efficiency and more informed decisions. However, this technological advance is not without its ethical challenges, such as algorithmic bias, lack of transparency and concerns about data privacy. This article analyzes the main ethical challenges associated with the application of AI in recruitment. In addition, mitigation strategies are proposed that include algorithmic audits, transparency in processes and diversification of development teams. It is concluded that the adoption of ethical and regulatory practices not only mitigates risks but also promotes fairness and sustainability in selection processes.
