Abstract
This paper describes the first few steps given towards the construction of an Integrated Information System for a Higher Education Institution Volunteering Group. With that purpose, the problem is characterized, requirements are gathered, and the prototype design discussed. Finally, a set of conclusions is presented and direction for future work pointed out.
