Proposal for a Digital Marketing Platform

Abstract

This paper proposes a Digital Marketing Platform, supported by the application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies. The objective is to understand that in the context of Digital Marketing, the application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning can bring advantages to the creation of digital marketing initiatives and how their combination allows an improvement and an evolution in these organizations' marketing initiatives. The proposed platform aims to centralize and automate the marketing activities of organizations, so guided by data, marketing objectives, strategies, and approaches, allowing organizations to increase their assertiveness and efficiency.
