Abstract
Currently Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) struggle to survive in the market, for this SMEs have a set of concerns, the following are four: 1) the entry of large companies into their niche market; 2) have a more agile, intelligent, efficient and cost-effective customer service; 3) the maintenance of business through a strong relationship with Information Technology and Digital Transformation, in all company processes; and 4) the lack of specialized resources in the points described in the previous concern. In this sense, this article intends to know how the incorporation of concepts of Digital Transformation, with the help of the Local Productive Arrangement in Information Technologies (APL-TI), can help SMEs to survive in the market. As a result, a framework called Organizational Development for the New Information Age (DONEI).
