Abstract

This project aims to develop a Business Intelligence solution to support the PO SEUR - Operational Program for Sustainability and Efficiency in the Use of Resources, hereinafter referred to as BISEUR, given the need by the management of PO SEUR to provide information, internally to the Board of Directors and technical secretaries and externally to other entities. In PO SEUR, the lack of available, viable and timely information, often provoked by the large volume of data generated daily, hinders the analysis and decision-making process. The scope of this work will be to identify the architecture to be adopted by the system to be implemented, to specify the data model for the Data Warehouse and to define the ETL process, as well as to identify a set of performance indicators to consider. The results obtained will allow the creation of a system able to capture information relevant to the decision process quickly and efficiently.
