Abstract
This paper proposes an approach for the interconnection of business process architectures with Event-Driven Architectures (EDA) as a new management paradigm. The objective is to enable enterprises to create runtime perspectives of Enterprise System Architectures (ESA) as interactive business process maps that help to monitor IT systems and their changes from a Business Process Management (BPM) point of view.
