In brief, users are continuously balancing their changing task scripts with the evolving affordances of the system. The scripts are constantly modified to incorporate new affordances and user experiences. The scripts also affect how people understand the affordances available to them. The essay discusses the implications of the proposed model and concludes with the next steps for the study.
