Description

In this study, we propose a theoretical model of Trust in AI and Intelligent Systems that are at the central core of designing intelligent systems for use across society and the globe. We also propose our approach to testing the theory we develop in this research. Although trust has been studied in traditional information systems context, it has not received required attention given the rapid adoption and use of AI and intelligent systems recently. We address this gap in the literature by proposing a theoretical model and testing approach using Structural Equation Modeling for Experimental Design.
