Description

The main goal of the research is to identify the determinants affecting the quality of distance learning in higher education from the point of view of various stakeholders (students, teachers, administration, and accreditation systems) and to develop a comprehensive framework of shaping the quality of university educational services. In the research, both quantitative and qualitative methods will be used, including grounded theory and statistical analysis. The framework will fill a research gap concerning a multi-factor evaluation of the distance learning quality and will comprise a foundation for further research in this area.
