Abstract
The release of Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents has led to a rapid surge in AI adoption across organisations. With rapid adoption, there is a rise in concerns about unknown risks and the potential negative impact on the organisations and broader society. As an attempt to mitigate such risks, this project will explore socio-technical control practices for autonomous AI systems in an enterprise setting. The goal is to develop a cross-disciplinary understanding of controls through synthesising learnings from information systems, management and engineering disciplines and developing an integrate AI controls framework that will guide responsible adoption and use of autonomous AI systems.
