Abstract
Enhancing student engagement is crucial for academic success in today’s dynamic educational landscape. Student engagement consists of two interconnected domains: engagement in individual learning and engagement in institutional decision-making. While existing AI-driven educational tools enhance personalized and interactive learning, they fail to integrate both domains. This paper presents a novel conceptual model of a modern AI-driven educational platform that provides personalized and interactive support, making learning more accessible and effective while integrating both domains. The distinctive features, multiple answer sources, prescribed textbook integration, interactive support and feedback from the lecturer, tutor, and AI agent, and a continuously growing collaborative knowledge base demonstrate the platform’s uniqueness. The platform allows students to ask questions and choose their preferred source of answers. The AI-generated answers are consistent with the course materials due to textbook integration. The growing knowledge base significantly benefits students, educators, and institutions, enhancing individual learning and institutional collaboration.
