Abstract
International students' low utilisation rate of online mental health services nowadays represent the need to understand their experience. This study conducted a systematic review to synthesise international students' online mental health management experience and identify current research limitations. Related English literature published between 2014 and 2024 was collected using AIS eLibrary, IEEE Xplore, Pubmed, Science Direct, Scopus and Google Scholar. Based on the review, six dimensions of international students' online mental health management were identified. Two major limitations in current research were: 1) the lack of sufficient data to explain the relationship between international students' mental health literacy and online behaviour; 2) the lack of sufficient data to distinguish online behaviour between international students from different countries. It is recommended that more work be conducted to address these limitations so as to improve people's understanding of international students' online mental health strategies.
