Abstract
The importance of network integration to the effectiveness and efficiency of the public sector is increasingly recognised, yet there is little research on how the potential for shared information, knowledge and decision- making can be exploited for optimum value. This research in progress focuses on the factors that influence the value of integrated public sector networks and how governance of shared infrastructure should be realised.
