Abstract
This study examines the usage behaviour of digital data wallets. Firstly, users’ expectations regarding digital data wallets are identified using a qualitative study. Based on the results, the research model is built. The model integrates the identified factors, alongside technology adoption factors, on usage behaviour, within the context of e-voting, e-exam, and e-health. The model will then be tested in the quantitative study, using data from Austria, Romania, and Spain.
