Abstract

This paper explores the interplay between traditional Chinese cultural values—such as respect and courtesy —and intelligent technologies in shaping corporate-user dynamics within China’s new energy sector. By analyzing how these factors enhance user satisfaction and drive iterative product innovation, the study investigates whether the primary beneficiary of this synergy is the corporation, the user, or both. Drawing on open acesses and some scholarly sources, the paper argues that intelligent technologies amplify culturally rooted customer-centric practices, creating a mutually beneficial ecosystem where corporate profitability aligns with user-centric innovation.
