Abstract
One of the most important tasks of educational institutions is to prepare graduates for a professional career. This requires institutions to be familiar with the expectations of the labor market and to take these expectations into account when creating an educational offer. This paper presents a framework proposal for systematically monitoring the requirements of the labor market of ICT competences. The framework identifies potential sources of data and indicates methods for their analysis. It includes a way to compare the results of the analysis of labor market expectations with the educational offer of the institution.
