Abstract
The structure and the main features of a complex model of a complex technical system and its environment are presented. Such a complex model is needed to explain how a system reacts to environmental changes and their impacts and what the role is of information operations performed by the system and its environment in order to realize alternative functioning depending on the changes in the system’s environment and their impact. The structure of the models is explained. Examples are provided of different types of environmental parts. The results obtained allow building models for the analytical estimation of system capability indicators depending on the characteristics of the environment, system, and information operations.
