Abstract
This paper explores the disaster relief supply chain to help victims of Hurricane Harvey of 2017. We interviewed United Way, BakerRipley, and Red Cross to explore how these NGOs worked together to provide resources and help victims from the lens of their disaster relief information systems. We identified insufficiencies throughout the supply chain and recommended ideas to mitigate them.
