Description

Debugging is the task of locating and fixing defects in a program. Despite the research effort in debugging, this task is still carried in the same way since the 1960’s when the first symbolics debuggers were introduced. Spectrum-Based Fault Localization (SFL) aim to help developers in the fault localization using automated test information during debugging. This article presents a study with visual and textual debugging tools that use SFL techniques to the fault localization.
