The results reveal the importance of the way that the company has chosen to structure its organization around the IT project in their IT Governance mechanism. This is closely linked to the principle of “Responsibility”. Practically the standard can be used in future IT projects and the practices found in this study can be beneficial for analyzing and achieving an effective IT Governance implementation.
