Abstract
This research provides a detailed framework for adopting Internet technology in businesses. The framework will be used to (a) identify strategic information systems objectives (b) identify business processes in the organization (c) prioritize the strategic objectives and processes in a composite manner so that both the prescriptive and descriptive dimensions of information systems planning are tightly merged (d) carrying on structured systems analysis and design based on the prioritized processes
