Abstract
The following issues frequently appear in the business process of manufacturing enterprises: the necessity and appropriate time of adopting information technology (IT). Based on Online Algorithms and competition analysis theory, this paper attempts to find out effective decision model for information technology adoption (ITA) when they cannot predict the time external IT will appear and any information about market orders beforehand.
