Abstract
In order to improve the heuristics of decision makers using DSS, this paper is based on the natural decision making theory, witch is a recent evolution in decision making understanding. Its major proposition is to insure the DSS does not hinder the understanding of the context before decreasing errors. This implies a particular concept of errors witch leads to propose a new vision of the classical debiasing processes: It is better showing to decision maker their cognitive biases instead of systematically remove those biases.
