Abstract

For 20 years, SMEs have been involved in some mergers and acquisitions undertaken by big firms. New Information and Communication Technology (NICT) supports, to a large extent, the network forms created by these transactions. par If these operations have been described by several researches, we get few insights into Internet technology impact on information systems or on reorganization processes in SMEs. Moreover, what about potential French specificity? The results of a survey conducted into 108 SMEs, show how NICT can support - via organizational dynamics - flexibility and reactivity in moving environment.
