Systèmes d'Information et Management
Abstract
The learning is a conventional topic in th Education's world. This research paper deals with this topic. There's some question of proposing some parameters which favour the individual and possibly organizational learning at the university with the new technologies (expert systems' technique). Our question is built on an educational experience, happened at our business school, with students who learn management, during three years. The paper presents the feedback of this experience. It is composed of four parts. The first part deals with the context of the educational experience : the legacy and the objectives. The second part is the making use of the experience : the educational methodology, used media and the planning. The third part gives the results of the experience on either side of students and teacher. The fourth and last part suggests a making in view of such educational experience.
