Systèmes d'Information et Management
Abstract
Information system technologies allow to exchange a great number of data and to use many sophisticated models. Sometimes, these data are so numerous that deducing information proves unproductive. Under some conditions, this article shows it is possible to simplify information drasticly, by finding meaning data configurations. From hospitals examples, it is possible to deduce that the new synthetical information gets empowerment in altering personnel representations and attitudes on their organization, because it takes an universal meaning. Therefore, the organisation gets unselfconscious flexibility.
