Abstract

Strategic information is currently considered by proactive companies as a real strategic resource in business, and the scanning systems created for this purpose have become a real decision support system. In this article, the authors remind us of the process of the business intelligence ; state of the art software tools are being developed at the heart of the authors' research team in order to assist this process. Finally, axes of research are proposed for the improvement of existing tools, and the development of new tools are suggested.
