Nouveaux modes d'organisation et dispositifs d'information-communication

Abstract

Analyses the organisation and function of the virtual office of a commercial network (French branch of an American group). Three relevant dimensions were found which can be compared to B. Coriat's analysis of Ohno's model : - knowledge and information management which does not require a physical infrastructure and hierarchical co-presence, - time management which allows for regular tele-presence, - training programmes which permit the building of common references.
