Abstract
Through a case study conducted in the company Air France, this paper examines the ef¬fect of learning environment (work station and dedicated room) on e-learning effective¬ness in corporate setting. Results show that the harmful effects related to the work station are detrimental to the training effectiveness, and, introducing the concept of presential e¬learning, questions e-learning presumed characteristics: to be trained anywhere, anyhow and anytime.
