Abstract
To understand the appropriation of ICT in organisations, we need an approach, which includes social dimension and technical dimension. The concept of "iterative paths of appropriation" integrates theses two aspects. From an empirical case, this approach defines relationships between actors and technology, and process of appropriation in organisations.
