Abstract
This study investigates the impact of group decision support system on the determination of information system requirement. The research model consists of one independent variable, two controlled variables and eight dependent variables. Experimental laboratories with predefined procedures was conducted. 60 participants was randomly defined in groups of five people. In general, the results indicates that the group supported by a GDSS perceive the best perception of the interaction process comparing with groups supported by manual structure and control groups.
