Gérer la migration vers les systèmes ouverts : le cas du groupe ELF
Abstract
The object of this article is to relate the experience of a large industrial group in the migration of data-processing systems to so-called open systems. The need to be able to assess the economic and technical impact as well as the context of the migration are presented in points 1 and 2. Next there is a demonstration of the need to adopt open systems (point 3), the different phases of the migration and the approach taken (point 4 and 5). The lessons to be learned and some figures about migration conclude this presentation.
