ERP implementation is quite often difficult mainly due to organizational impact of such tools. Based on experience collected during 2 international projects with split and take over of companies, this document is focusing on two topics. The first one is intercultural differences inside project team and the second one is the impact of complexity and changes on individuals and groups. The critical resource is the learning capability of the organization.
