Description

The advent of mobile banking has the advantage of luring people to more savings, as they will be benefitting from an extreme proximity to this new savings system. However literatures have studied either the determinant factor of adoption or the way to attempt mobile banking user’s loyalty, but only few have studied the adoption process as ending with customer loyalty. In this study, we proposed the following research questions: (i) what are the key determinants of mobile banking adoption and use in Cameroon? (ii) How can mobile banking utilization foresee user satisfaction? And (iii) how do user satisfaction foresee loyalty? Our research model is built on Extended TAM and theoretical Information System (IS) success Model. We intend to adopt a mixed methods research with the purpose of enabling a better enrichment of the extant literature on the adoption and use of IT innovation theories in developing countries.
