Abstract

The Saudi real-estate market has undergone significant digital transformation. Real estate deals in Saudi Arabia can be conducted online via several online services provided by the Ministry of Justice. Part of this digital evolution, the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia has recently started an open data initiative that provides real-estate deal data occurred in quarterly basis. Despite the opportunity, there are many challenges in preparing this kind of data. This research project aims to create a framework that eliminates these challenges by providing a standardized, integrated, and consistent data warehouse for the Saudi real-estate deal data. The outcome of this research project can foster research and innovation in the field of real-estate data analytics in Saudi Arabia.
