Abstract

Disruptions, whether unexpected or due to internal vulnerabilities, significantly impact small businesses, especially female-led micro-businesses with limited resources. The study aims to identify how these entrepreneurs manage challenges, adapt to disruptions, and seize new opportunities. Using an inductive qualitative approach and triangulated data resources, the research combines interviews, surveys, and secondary data to formulate a comprehensive framework. The findings will provide insights into evidence-based interventions to support female entrepreneurs and highlight the need for tailored governmental and social support to ensure business sustainability and resilience.
