Abstract
The rapid rise of generative AI has sparked interest in machine-automated creativity, shifting the focus from traditional human-human interactions to human-AI collaboration. By combining AI's computational power with human intuition, such collaboration has the potential to enhance creativity. This study explores the dynamics of AI-human collaboration, examining its impact on search intensity, decision-making, and creative outcomes. It contributes to the theoretical understanding of AI-assisted creativity and provides practical insights for organizations aiming to integrate AI into innovative workflows. Future work will refine the proposed model and experimental design for deeper insights into AI-human collaboration.
