Abstract
The impact of Artificial intelligence (AI) on organizations, especially Agentic AI —where systems autonomously perceive their environment, learn from data, and make decisions is unknown. This study uses agent-based modeling (ABM) to assess how integrating agentic AI into organizational structures impacts decision-making speed and quality. The findings can assist organizations adopting these AI-driven approaches to best implement AI in their processes.
