Description
Cybersecurity is now a core necessity for organizational survival, not a competitive advantage. Despite global security spending exceeding USD 200 billion in 2025 and data breach costs averaging USD 4.88 million, attacks remain severe, with ransomware and extortion surging. Firms under high Cybersecurity Risk Severity intensify product use, investigating more alerts and engaging vendor support, but this can reduce user satisfaction due to strain and coordination challenges. The study examines how risk severity influences satisfaction through product usage and how service quality moderates this link, showing high-quality support enables effective, less burdensome usage, improving resilience and post-adoption product value.
