Description
The transition from Industry 4.0 to Industry 5.0 represents a fundamental shift in the workplace, moving from a focus on automation and efficiency to a model of human-technology collaboration. While Industry 4.0 sought productivity gains through automation and autonomous systems, Industry 5.0 prioritizes the active participation of employees in co-creating innovative solutions with intelligent technologies. However, the success of this shift hinges on the acceptance and integration of new technologies by employees. Traditional technology acceptance models often overlook the organizational and cultural factors that influence this process. This paper examines the organizational determinants that shape employee acceptance in the context of Industry 5.0. A qualitative meta-analysis of existing research identifies key factors such as leadership, communication strategies, and organizational structures. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations can proactively manage the acceptance process, ensuring the effective and sustainable integration of new technologies.
